While on paper they’ve got impressive qualifications which initially led us to them, in person their enthusiasm and caring nature is way above what could be expected. Their communication and weekly learning journals/report is informative and enjoyable to read. We feel they have spent time getting to know our son, listened to our views and understand our son’s complex medical needs. With their extensive SEN background they have been able to offer support with behaviour, EHCP and TAM meetings. As parents we couldn’t be happier, they always plan educational rich fun exciting days out, supporting all of our sons needs developmentally.
